There’s seven in Florida alone. Haulover Beach is one of the most famous in North America, designated a legal clothing-optional beach in 1991. Everyone can go topless in many places legally too, including Miami’s famous South Beach.
In the US, we’re prudes, so there aren’t government-designated nudist beaches.
