I mean I’m not gonna do a deep dive on the cultural significance of big dicks and when they became relevant so that I can one up you with facts and logic. I am just speaking my experience and opinions.

Your experience is closer to mine, I didn’t talk much about dick sizes and stuff with my peers.🤭 Also could be we’re from different cultures so that probably makes a difference too. In my experience dicks and their sizes haven’t been relevant in many discussions. Like the place where I first learned about dick based values is when I first watched the American pie type movies where everything is about sex and dicks lol. So maybe it’s an American thing idk.

Could be it was a thing in the 70s already but what I’ve seen with my own eyes though is how cultural norms changed with widespread porn usage, and nowadays you really see dick sizes and cucking and racial stuff everywhere.

It is probably at least somewhat an American thing, for quite a long time we’ve been massively more sexually repressed and insecure compared to at least Europe, due to having a lot more puritanical religious nuts.

Many commericals that I’ve seen, that ran on TV somewhere in Europe, in the last 20 years, they’d never be allowed on American TV because they are way too obviously making sex jokes.

I mean, we also still circumcize most of our boys/men, for literally no good reason.

Americans have a very unhealthy relationship with all things sexual, compared to quite a lot of other places.

I’m Jewish and I think that if you’re not Jewish, there’s absolutely no reason to circumcise. The only benefit is possible increased cleanliness in that taking away the foreskin makes it so that some have to clean off smegma and you can’t get phimosis, but even that’s a flimsy reason. The only reason it became popular among non -Jewish and non-Muslim Americans is because of John Harvey Kellogg, inventor of Corn Flakes, promoted it as a preventative measure against masturbation. As a frequent masturbator, I can attest that it doesn’t work and I get plenty of sexual pleasure regardless, from both masturbation and sex. The Corn Flakes were also meant to prevent masturbation because apparently eating them reduces sexual appetite or something. I can also attest that that is also ineffective.

Oh, and I want to add that no, we Jews are not responsible for people being increasingly into cuckold and incest porn. That’s just the porn industry making whatever sells. They wouldn’t make it if people weren’t already into it.

At least ya’ll get latkes and dradels and really neat candelabras, and Fiddler on the Roof.

We get grape juice and … fucking still Corn Flakes, believe it or not, and… well I guess Veggie Tales is actually pretty good, not exactly classic cinema though.

I have Jewish cousins lol, family gatherings growing up were basically mini culture shocks… how long will it be untill my dad makes an anti-semitic joke this time?!

Also latkes and dreidels are typically only for Chanukah. For Passover we do matzo, matzo ball soup, and a lot of things information parked since we can’t have grains. For Shavuot, we have lots of dairy products. For Rosh Hashanah, meat in sweet sauces. For Purim, hamantashen.

I did know the first part, did attend a Chanukah with them once. I have had matzo at various occasions, but haven’t even heard of the other dishes / choices for the other holidays…

Sadly, my uncle (in law), he passed away from cancer when I was a teen, and my own family was imploding in other ways, didn’t get the chance to experience much more.

Yeah circumcision is definitely an interesting topic. If anyone even implied the equivalent be done to girls nowadays, people would absolutely flip at you. Yet it’s done to boys every day and noone blinks. Some even defend it lol, it’s wild.

I’m Jewish, so I know why we do it, but that’s only for us. Goyim shouldn’t do it and most of us think it’s weird that they do.
