This summer, residents of Redmond, Bellevue, and Issaquah can apply to receive up to $2,000 off the purchase of a new e-bike

    I don’t know if it’s state wide, but I know in Bremerton a law just went into effect that says ebikes or scooters than can do more than 20mph are now classified as motorcycles and therefore need plates and licensure
