Even after Trump: they are real people with real opinions, hopes and beliefs. Deal with them according to the rules of your society (former democracy).
It does seem, in this moment, as if the MAGA movement has run its course. If their faltering grip on power is not met with accountability and healing, they will return all the sooner.
