I feel that a problem is that consent is not treated with the importance it oughta be treated in media and in education. My teachers taught my class that questionable consen t is taught to be ‘enthusiatically exploratory consent’ as in a persom who is unsure of whatt they want sexually is shown in media and education as a person ‘who just doesnt know whst type of sex they want yet ; but youll force them to know by initiating on them’ …when there could be the possibility that the person needs time to Warrm up to you snd to the idea of sex. with you or others before theyll ever have sex. Or maybe the person isnt interested in sex at all causr theyre actually asexual that uninterested person simply hasnt been taught that asexual people exist.

I do agree that enthusiastic consent is a turn on but to be completely honest I think that enthusiastic consent should be the default for most people who are initially exploring sex.
