Eh, I tried to be open-minded. Asmongold was funny and surprisingly articulate back when he just dunked on video game developers, but as time went on and Trump came into office, it really started falling apart. Rogan used to have doctors, scientists and educators on his show, and had enough humility to at least admit he was stupid and respected what they taught him. But just like Asmongold, Trump, money and the pandemic absolutely broke his brain.
The problem with Rogan was that, even like 7 years ago, I was trying to tell dudes to stop listening to Joe Rogan because he platforms people with very dangerous, unscientific ideas. The response was always, “he has doctors and researchers on, too!” as if Rogan wasn’t doing that on purpose as cover for him to broadcast his deeply reactive political views.

I used to enjoy asmogold years ago when it was mostly just showing and talking about gaming (WoW mount offs etc)…then he started showing who he really was more and more and I noped out.
I don’t get it. The first time I tuned into his stream he was screaming at his raid and being a complete ass in his disgusting neckbeard nest. Same thing the next few times I got curious enough to turn his stream on. At no point in time did he ever appear to not be a giant steaming pile of shit.
