I had ordered a couple things for my wife from the Disney Store recently. PJ’s as a Christmas present. However, I already received everything I had ordered.

Today another box showed up with my name and address, but it’s nothing I ordered.

I just tried chatting with a cast member via their online chat, but I don’t think the person I’m chatting with can wrap their head around the concept.

I know I don’t actually have to do anything about an unsolicited package, but I’m trying to be nice.

They keep asking me about the things I had ordered.

Just keep it, shipping mixups happen all the time. It’s cheaper for them to just ignore it. Enjoy whatever.

I’ve gotten two full $50 boardgames the same way before and the store told me not even worth the hassle and cost of shipping back

I got a whole bed once. I ordered one and was charged for one. They somehow sent a second. I think it was a problem with the website. I remember reloading during the order process.

Anyway, I called to return one of them. They were confused by my explanation of what happened. I was on the phone for hours. But, eventually, I got them to take one back. They still issued a refund.

By that point I was so annoyed I didn’t bother to correct it and just kept the $300 bed at no charge.

Haha the way you described here what happened makes it clear that you had to keep rewording it over and over to get them to understand

It took awhile, but they finally understood what I was saying and emailed me a UPS return label.

I don’t mind sending it back. No big deal to print a label and drop it off.

It did take a lot more effort than I thought it would to get them to understand.
